Ole’s Premium Burger
In Ole’s Premium Burgers, we use meat supplied by Snellman from selected Finnish farms in Ostrobothnia.
The origin of the meat is always known and marked on our packaging. We use meat from breed cattle that is best suited for burgers, with an ideal fat content of 20–22%, ensuring a succulent taste. We only add sea salt and black pepper to the steaks. We use the Tender Form® method in production.
Hamburger patties made with the Tender-Form® method have a more tender texture, cook more evenly and shrink less when fried than regular patties.
